"Best Buy has the absolute worst customer I have ever encountered. The mere fact that you cannot call the store where you purchased your item, is outrageous. We purchased what was recommended, and it doesn't work. Can we call and speak with ANYONE state side, nope. Worst, buyer beware!!!"

"Delivery service is very poor. First delivery time was Tuesday December 2 between 7:00Am -7:00 pm. Then given a delivery time of 7:30 - 11:30 am for December 2, 2025 then given a delivery time for December 3, 2025 anytime during the day. Then finally got tired of waiting made a call and given a delivery time of December 6, 2025 between 7:00am and 7:00 pm. \nNot one phone called to let me know that appointments had been cancelled.\nThese people are so unprofessional, selling merchandise that they don't have in stock. I would have never purchased from Best Buy if I had known how unethical this company was. Just giving everyone else a heads up."

"I bought a range oven from them, and had it delivered and installed. Days later my house still smelled like gas. I called their customer service line to have someone look at it, and the lady told me to call my gas company to have them turn off my gas until their team could get there 2 WEEKS LATER. She said that was the earliest appointment and I was just going to have to deal with it (almost all my appliances and heat are gas, so excuse me?) Giving it a 2 star because the sales reps were cool and got my delivery date relatively quickly. I could understand if a burner wasn't working, but a gas leak? What an absolutely insane phone call."

What is an industrial robot controller? - Standard Bots
Auto manufacturing relies heavily on robot controllers: Robots handle dangerous and repetitive tasks like welding, painting, and assembly with precision. Robot controllers direct the arms to grip parts, move them into position, and perform actions.
