From what I've gathered Start Engine is like a Kickstarter for startups. You buy a small share of the startup and if they go public, you have the opportunity to make a return on your investment. Start in a tidy little room where you can select your starting gear, pick your starting situation a la Alternate Start, and get going. If you don't want to do the vanilla start, Helgen is a normal town till you start the main quest.

This is new to me and confusing because it’s not one of the tasks on the rewards dashboard. It’s three questions and I went through it twice because it still showed up after I completed it the first time. Confusingly, I appeared to receive 10 points just from clicking the tile and then no points after completing the quiz (so maybe you need to get the correct answers which I did not.)
So, I compiled a list with what I felt like are relevant character's ages in 282 AC, the start of Robert's Rebellion.
