"We paid $99 for Threshold delivery. A third-party deliverer brought the delivery, but initially refused threshold service, since their paperwork didn't show it. I called Home Depot in front of them, and they changed their tune fast. Not sure if Home Depot is at fault or the delivery service, but my wife and I came away frustrated with this process. Improvements must be made!"

"01-16-2025.\n\nWhile out and about, we made a stop at Best Buy here in the Falls. My associate and I showed an interest in televisions. In doing this, we were spotted by a very helpful lady working in the area. We were asked if help was needed, I answered "Yes, can we see the working display of this boxed TV for $169.00". The lady walked us to the working display and showed us the working model. (Customer service A+)\n\nOther observations showed a very neat and well kept sales floor. The aisles in the store were comfortable to use and navigate around. Nothing too narrow or tight. (A welcoming layout. A+)\n\nCategorized department are extremely easy to understand and find things.\n\nTV's are all together. Appliances are all together etc, etc. Unlike big box stores in the tri-county area where bits and pieces of all kinds of items are regularly displayed in areas they don't belong as a marketing trick to get customers to walk the sales floors. (Organized departments. A+)\n\nSomething else I noticed while looking at the TV's. Best Buy offers the Customers a choice in buying a TV with a glossy screen or a TV with a satin screen. I thought this was fantastic because other stores only offer TV's with glossy screens (I call them black mirrors because they show the reflections of all the windows and lamps in a room). A TV with a satin screen won't show reflections of lamps and windows. Reflections can make viewing a little less pleasant and even frustrating.\n\nSome customers don't realize there are two types of TV screens to choose from. This is worth knowing. Investing in a television and setting it up only to notice, "Hey! This new TV is like a black mirror. It's showing reflections of everything in the room" would spoil someones day. (Customer choice options. A+)\n\nGreat visit today.\n\nIncessant Research"

"You will be disappointed if you try to call their phone number no answerand no reply to voicemail, sad, no communication by phone, online or messaging even with over days of trying and so frustration abounds. You must go to the store before a purchase and again after your purchase to have any communication. If with a miracle you actually get to a Geek Squad member several of them were helpful after my purchase but then no way for communication with them or anyone afterward unless you go back to the store and then that is not certain."
