LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A Weather Alert Day is in effect Sunday as a winter system brings snow combined with winds gusting over 50 mph during the morning and afternoon hours. The combination of snow and strong winds will create significantly reduced visibility, making travel hazardous.
